Library spaces

Student IT support
- AskUs provides IT support for you.
- Laptops can be borrowed by undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students.
- Wifi access is available with UQ wifi or eduroam.
- Your student ID card can be used for printing and photocopying.
Course reading lists and textbooks
- You can find your course reading lists using Library Search.
- Your textbooks can be borrowed from us. They could be print or online.
Find information
- Library Search searches for online and print resources in our collection.
- Databases can be used to locate specific information on your topic.
- We have various guides to help you locate information including subject guides.
Referencing
- You need to reference any work that is not your own in your assessments.
- Plagiarism is academic misconduct and taken seriously by the university.
- Different referencing styles are used at UQ like APA and MLA.
- We have guides to help you use referencing styles.

- AskUs can assist you with IT, using the Library, booking rooms and accessing resources.
- You can contact us by chat, on the phone, by email, virtually or in-person.
