4 Pre-Placement Compliance

The student placement journey (YouTube, 3m 45s):

You must be fully compliant before you can attend each placement.

All placement compliance is managed by the HMBS Placement Ready Team. Please direct all compliance questions to the HMBS Placement Ready Team. Their contact details can be found on the  Contacts page.

What you need to do

Before each placement, you must:

• Check your compliance requirements in InPlace.
• Submit evidence that you have completed each required requirement.
• Monitor your UQ emails and action compliance reminders promptly.
• Renew requirements before they expire.

Some compliance requirements can take weeks or even months to complete, so do not leave them until just before your placement.

Being placement ready is your responsibility. Make sure you understand your requirements, submit evidence on time and renew any requirements before they expire.

The HMBS Compliance Team will send you regular email reminders as your placement approaches. You must action these emails and complete any outstanding requirements by the required deadline.
