Absences and General Placement Enquiries

Please use this email address for all general placement queries including absences, InPlace and ePortfolio questions.
- Recording Absences: All absences must be logged in InPlace. Refer to the How To chapter of your placement guide for instructions.
- Absences of 3 Days or More:
- Due to illness: Submit a medical certificate to your InPlace absence submission.
- For other reasons: Complete a Statutory Declaration or other sufficient documentation.
