This part combines microeconomic foundations and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate policies, projects, or programs.

In this section, we discuss pricing using distorted markets, dealing with uncertainty and evaluating distributional impacts. We also cover ethical and social aspects of cost-benefit analysis as part of decision-making.
