Part 4: Shadow Pricing

This part covers shadow pricing using four key methods:

(1) Benefit value transfers

(2) Alternative pricing methods

(3) Revealed preference

(4) Stated preference

Upon completing these readings and activities, students should be able to create a full social cost-benefit analysis including market and non-market impacts.
